Diapers will not be replaced with a new product due to repelling, heat damage from the dryer, staining or leaking. If you experience any defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please notify us by email so we can send you the Return Form. All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt from an authorized Doopsy® retailer. After completing the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt and further instructions on where to mail the damaged diaper for replacement or refund.
