Doopsy.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover directly through the website. In addition, at check-out, you also have the option to use funds from your Paypal account.
SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING OFFER: Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders over $100.00 (excluding closeout and sale items). Free Shipping offer is not available for International, Alaska and Hawaii orders. Free Shipping offer does not extend to wholesale accounts. Free Shipping offer is for a limited time only. We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
Most US orders will ship via USPS or UPS Ground and should arrive within 4 to 14 business days. Some heavier packages may be shipped via Parcel Post or UPS Ground. We may ship smaller packages weighing less than 1 pound via first class mail. Doopsy.com ships via the US Postal Service (USPS) for addresses outside the United States. We only ship by air so delivery times are generally about 1 to 3 weeks depending upon the destination and any delays incurred by Customs. Rates will be displayed during the order checkout process before any credit card information is collected. The quoted prices do not take into account any duties and/or taxes that may or may not be due, upon receipt. Please be aware that we may request more information from you to verify the credit card information and the shipping address.
Processing Time
Orders ship in within 4 business days. If an item is not in stock, and if there will be delays of more than 10 business days until shipment should be received, we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with an estimated shipping date. When buying package deals please specify if you would like substitutions. While we usually have all colors and sizes in stock, choosing a substitution option may speed shipping if an item is not in stock. You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the time of shipment. In order to offer our customers quicker service sometimes we make partial shipments at no additional cost and we place a note in the account regarding the multiple packages that will be received.
Free Gift Promotions
Doopsy.com reserves the right to MODIFY or CANCEL the Free Gift Promotion at any time.
In the event that your order is placed when the promotional advertised product is no longer in stock, Doopsy.com reserves the right to give out a different free product of equal or greater value.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
There are no returns accepted for second quality merchandise.
To ensure a smooth and easy return process, please review carefully all our return policies and instructions.
Instructions For All Returns
Return requests must be made within 15 days of original purchase/invoice date.
Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).
You must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization form for all returns. Please contact us to obtain the form.
Please wait for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to be approved before shipping your return to us. You will receive an email notification when your request has been approved including your RMA number and return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. Doopsy.com is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
When your package is received you will receive an email indicating your package has been received. Returns are processed once a week. When your return is processed, you will receive an email indicating your return is complete.
If you opted for a refund, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment. If you opted for store credit, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
Please note: If your order was shipped with free or discounted shipping, the shipping costs covered by Doopsy.com will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund. Returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.
Exceptions
Final Sales, Seconds, Closeout or Clearance Items. These items cannot be returned/exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS, All sales are final.
Defective Merchandise
If you purchased an item on Doopsy.com that you believe is defective, please refer to our < Warranty section > (LINK TO WANRRANTY PAGE) for more information .
Package Deals
If you purchased a package deal and return only a portion of it, we calculate the items you kept as if you had purchased them individually at regular retail value from our website.
If you purchase a package deal that included a free bonus item(s), you will need to return the free items (still in their new/unused condition) along with your return.
If the free item has been used, or you decide you would like to keep the item, then the cost of the item will be deducted from your return.
Refused Packages
Refusing a package is not a viable return method. Any packages sent back to us as refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you need to make a return please follow our return procedure listed above.
Gift Returns
If you received a gift purchased from Doopsy.com, you may return the item for store credit within 15 days of the purchase date (all return policies apply). We will need the original invoice number in order to process your return request. If you do not have the invoice number please contact us with the name of the purchaser and we will be able to look up the information for you. Once we receive and process your return we will set up a store credit gift certificate and email you the code. You may use your store credit to purchase anything from our store that is currently in stock. The store credit gift certificate is valid for six months from the issuing date.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges (only credited returns and store credit for gifts). Our inventory is constantly changing and unfortunately we may not have a particular item/color/size in stock when a return is received. Therefore we only issue store credit so you may purchase from our available inventory and ensure you receive your new items in a quick and timely manner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, damages, lost profits, or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling, or use of any of the products or from any other cause.
